Vandlyz aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving orders. Please note this does not guarantee same day dispatch, except when a next day delivery service is paid for and an order is placed before 1pm. In the event that an item on a next day delivery service is delivered late due to circumstances beyond our control, Vandlyz will not be held responsible for this.

We offer a variety of shipping options through our postal and courier partners, using Royal Mail, Courier Services and ParcelForce to deliver your goods. Please note depending on your location within the UK you may be charged a slightly higher rate for delivery that reflects the increased costs incurred from our partners.

We try to make our shipping rates competitive in a time of rising costs. Therefore all our shipping costs are based on weight, this is calculated automatically at checkout.
